Use of funds

If the project is completed, paused, or cannot use the funds as intended, remaining funds may be directed to a similar charitable purpose, subject to applicable requirements.
Payments and receipts
Payments are processed by the ELM payment gateway. Your card details are handled by the gateway and are not stored by this platform.
A digital receipt will be sent to your email address after payment confirmation.
Refunds
Completed donations are generally non-refundable because they are committed to charitable purposes.
Refunds may be made where required by law or if a payment is duplicated or unauthorized. Contact the platform promptly if you believe a payment was made in error.
Donor information
We use your contact details to process the donation, issue a receipt, respond to questions, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Accuracy and eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.
You must ensure your donation complies with applicable laws and payment-provider requirements.
